Now my initial reaction of this product was terrible, but I never felt better being wrong in my life. The first hookah from this supplier came and the entire top of the base was all chipped! I was very upset and sent an email to the supplier. After a few days of emailing back and forth, he apologized for the trouble and send me a brand new hookah to replace it and told me to keep the other one for parts! I am very satisfied with this new hookah, now that it isnt all chipped. It smokes great and the flavors are great!

I received my hookah within a very short amount of time. It was packaged very well and all parts were accounted for. Not much to say other than it's a good quality hookah and the shisha is very, very nice. I recommend buy a different charcoals for it because the ones provided do not light very well.

I placed this order realizing it was a great deal. The ad said pick from 20 flavors, which I did, and they said they would send. I got three crap flavors that taste horrible and they never did send me the correct stuff even after saying they would fix it. Terrible customer service. My order must have been too small and unimportant for them to fix their mistake!

So i have been using it for couple of days. It doesn't burn out quickly, it does the job, but the material is plastic in some parts ! which really worries me because On top of the harmful tobacco, i am now smoking burned plastic. The tobacco is hydro quality and the hose looks very cheap. You get what you pay for . The coal is horrible quality that burns out very quickly and you need to chips per side to get a decent smoke.

First, the good: The hookah itself is nice. It's cute and a good buy if it's just for one person. It's a great price for the amount of shisha you get as well, and getting to choose flavors is a great deal!
The bad, however, almost outweighed the good for me. The charcoals are dangerous! I have not found a safe way to light them yet because they tend to fall apart as soon as they get hot. This is especially dangerous because they can explode and go everywhere, thus creating a HUGE fire hazard. I'd recommend buying your coals elsewhere.
The other issue I had is the ashtray. It's not nearly big enough to catch an accidental ash spill or in case a hot piece of charcoal falls. I think this can be replaced as well, but I'm not sure.
It also didn't come with an instructional manual and apparently you don't know what color you're getting either. So if you have no idea what you're doing (like me) then good luck to you!
All in all, it's a good price for the variety of shisha as well as the hookah itself. I'd definitely recommend it for the price, cause it's still cheaper than buying one from your local tobacco/hookah bar. Like I said, though, invest in some better charcoals and you should be good!
