Product arrived one week after ordering. Was over all pretty happy with the price, quality, and customer service. Only complaints I have is the fact that the grommets and hoses were relatively cheap, so the grommets caused less than perfect seals and the hoses kinked easily. Gonna have to find some better quality grommets and hoses soon. As a starter hookah, you can't ask for a better product.

Product: I purchased this hookah about two months ago. I've used it 4 times and cleaned it every time right after. It's already started to rust! The little metal ball that keeps water from coming out your pipe rust shut so I had to scrape the rust off to even be able to use the hookah. Unfortunately it looks like I'll have to toss this one and I feel like I wasted $63...
Customer service: According to their page, you are to email the instructions of what color hookah and flavors that you want. I did this 10 minutes after order, and still received the wrong product. I contacted them twice about sending the right stuff, but it never showed up even after several promises.
Will not be ordering from this company again.

They originally sent me the wrong hookah with none of the extra stuff - however, I emailed them and told them the problem, and they quickly and easily sent me the right order. I ended up getting the hookah I order with all of the extra stuff about a week and a half after I placed the original order... and I got a free, cheap little hookah out of the deal too, which is pretty neat. In either case, both hookahs work great and I couldn't be happier with how the customer service handled their mistake. Definitely recommended!

shipping was very fast, but when i opened my package only to find the hookah and one box of shisha i was very dissapointed. i was looking forward to smoking my hookah when i got it but its really hard to do that without coals. im expecting to see the missing items in the next few days, and if i receive them i will gladly come back and do another review, but if you dont see another review from me i wouldnt bother ordering throught this seller take your money elsewhere where your will get everything you ordered
